What is Patient Port?
Patient Port is a digital portal for patients to have access to their medical records, making it easier for them to keep track of any changes, as well as receive alerts and reminders regarding their health. The portal also allows patients to view their health information, which they can share with their family and friends.
The portal can be accessed from a mobile device. Once logged in, they can view their medical records and access their appointment calendar. They can also request to see new records, and their doctor will be able to access the patient's history and any changes in their health.
The patient can also request to change their medical records or to be reminded of an appointment. Once the patient is done logging in, they can no longer access the portal from that device. They will be able to log in from a different device, though.
